At the heart of our name is the word icon. An icon is a symbol of the sacred. Our guests travel to ICONA resorts to experience sacred time with family and friends. We provide an unmatched level of service and cleanliness and design our beachfront properties and restaurants to maximize our guest’s comfort in every way. Career Path
ICONA is here to support your professional growth within our organization. We began in 2013 with 1 Hotel and 1 Restaurant. In 2023, we currently own and operate 7 Hotels, 6+ Restaurants & Bars, and 3 stunning wedding and corporate event venues. We’re growing quickly and look forward to more quality candidates joining our ICONA family. We love advancing team members and teaching the skills for individuals to achieve their highest potential.
