Terms & Conditions At Our Avalon, NJ, Hotel

ADVANCED PURCHASE or DISCOUNT DEPOSIT POLICY

Save up to 15% when you book & pay at least 31 days in advance of your stay. A deposit of 100% of stay plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation for advanced purchase rate and/or discount rates. Advanced cancellation policy applies. Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room. Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of stay upon check-in.

(As of 11/1/23) All deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. *Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

STANDARD RATE DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of 100% of stay plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation. Standard cancellation policy applies. Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room.

STANDARD RATE CANCELLATION POLICY

(As of 11/1/23) All deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. Cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to set arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full deposit.

*Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

SMOKING POLICY

ICONA Smoking Policy

  1. No Smoking in Rooms, Public Interior of Hotel, or on balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking in Hotel ICONA will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.

  2. No Smoking in Restaurant, Bar, Beach Bar or Exterior Dining Areas

  3. No Smoking Permitted in Pool Area

RESORT FEES

At ICONA Resorts we aim to provide every guest first class service. Resort fees help us to maintain this level of service and amenities for all of our guests. 

A resort fee of 12% of the room rate, + state tax, will be assessed per stay. Some services that the resort fees allow for are:

  • Wifi available throughout the hotel

  • On-site Self Parking

  • Valet Parking  – seasonally

  • Electric Car Charging Station

  • On-site Fitness Room

  • Luggage Assistance

  • Pre-paid Beach Tag usage for the duration of your stay

    • Please Note: A $40 per beach tag deposit will be collected at check-in. A $40 charge per tag will only actualize if tags are not returned at check-out.

  • Outdoor Heated Pool – pool maintenance and towel service – seasonally
  • Team of Beach Attendants to provide beach chairs & beach umbrellas – seasonally
  • Local ICONA Shuttle service on 7-Mile Island – seasonally
  • ICONA Keurig coffee & cozy ICONA robes for use in each guest room
  • Small Business Center with Computer for Guests’ Use

PET POLICY

At ICONA Resorts we love pets; however, for the health, safety and comfort of all guests, our resorts are unable to accommodate pets.

PARKING

Our hotel near Avalon offers on-site self-parking included in the resort fee, maximum of 1 vehicle per room per night. Additional street parking is available on the blocks north and west of the hotel. Valet parking is available, included in the resort fee, to hotel guests during the high-season.
